BWS Member Artist Lynn Tweed demonstrated how she creates atmospheric skies in her landscape paintings at our mini workshop on Saturday, August 23rd. Lynn showed fellow artists how she is able to blend various colors on the paper, allowing the water to create soft edges and interesting hues. She also shared tips on the type of brush she uses throughout her painting and explained how to create the horizon with the darkest shade of paint.

Tranquil sunsets and stormy skies were created by the full-capacity gathering of 32 members.
