Cancelled – 3 Day Workshop with Vladislav Yeliseyev: The Freedom of Brush Strokes in Watercolor

October 12, 2021 @ 8:47 pm

This Event – Previously scheduled for November 2021 has been cancelled.

Vlad is no stranger to beautiful scenery.

A Russian émigré, he came to the US in the 1980s equipped with a classical art education from the Moscow School of Art and a masters’ degree in architecture from the Moscow Institute of Architecture.  He has traveled around the world to paint interesting cityscapes and landscapes.  But unlike many artists who are drawn to postcard perfect sites, Vlad usually can be found around the back of a building, along the street or in an alleyway, capturing commonplace scenes.

Vlad is an exhibiting member of many art societies nationwide and a Signature member of the American Impressionistic Society, the National Watercolor Society and the Florida Watercolor Society.

His work has been represented in print media in the USA and in Europe.

Vlad explains, “The challenge with watercolor is to achieve the richness in color and not lose the transparency of watercolor”.
