DESCRIPTION:Brevard Watercolor Society presents “FLORA & FAUNA AT THE REFUGE”\nJANUARY 2\, 2025 – MARCH 29\, 2025 \n“Berry Season” by Therese Payne Ferguson\, Best of Flora 2022 \nThis is a show BWS has done in partnership with the Merritt Island National Refuge for the last 18 years\, showcasing watercolor paintings featuring the flora and fauna seen in and around the refuge. Traditionally\, the show is displayed at the refuge’s Visitors Center; however due to construction of a new center\, Flora & Fauna at the Refuge will be on display at Palm Bay City Hall and Viera Government Center. \nThe show is scheduled when visitors from all over the world flock to the area during prime birding months\, and for the Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival. \nCategories for participating artists include: \nFLORA – trees\, plants\, flowers\, landscapes\nFAUNA – any animal\, bird\, water animals\, bugs – anything that breathes\nLANDSCAPES – on land and water \nArtists interested in participating may click the links below: \n\n\n\nLOCATIONS\nPalm Bay City Hall\n120 Malabar Rd SW\nPalm Bay\, FL 32909 \nViera Government Center\n2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way\nViera\, FL 32940
